Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following hospital and health system executive moves in the last week. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. Boston-based Dana-Farber Cancer Institute tapped Lesley Solomon to serve as senior vice president for innovation and chief innovation officer, a newly-created position.

2. East Stroudsburg, Pa.-based Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono's acting President Elizabeth Wise, BSN, MSN, will now serve in the role permanently.

3. Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth (Mass.) selected Kevin Coughlin to serve as president and CEO on a permanent basis, effective June 12.

4. Massillon, Ohio-based Affinity Medical Center named John P. Walsh CEO.

5. DuBois, Pa.-based Penn Highlands Healthcare appointed Bradley J. Chapman president of Penn Highlands Elk in St. Marys, Pa.

6. St. Alphonsus Medical Center-Baker City (Ore.) named J. Phil Harrop permanent president.

7. Blue Ridge Medical Center in Arrington, Va., selected Randy Pirtle as its new CEO, effective Oct. 16.

8. Boise, Idaho-based St. Luke's Health System tapped Neeraj Soni, MD, to serve as chief medical informatics officer.

9. Piedmont Newton Hospital in Covington, Ga., selected Jeremiah Bame, RN, to serve as CNO.

10. East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika appointed Laura Grill, RN, CEO.

11. Longview, Texas-based Christus Good Shepherd Health System named Todd Hancock president and CEO.

12. Arkansas Children's Northwest in Springdale appointed Robert Williams, MD, CMO.

13. Shoshone Medical Center in Kellogg, Idaho, selected Karen Mann, RN, to serve as CNO.

14. Gordon (Neb.) Memorial Health Services named Don Weidemann CEO.

15. Christus Spohn Hospital Beeville (Texas) appointed Genifer Rucker president.

16. Oaks Bluff, Mass.-based Martha's Vineyard Hospital President and CEO Joe Woodin was fired.

17. Tampa (Fla.) General Hospital tapped John Couris to be its new president and CEO, effective Sept. 1.

18. Chillicothe, Ohio-based Adena Health System named Lisa Carlson CFO, effective June 5.

19. Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Ill., appointed Joshua Lee, MD, CMO.

20. Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based Catholic Health Services named Jason M. Golbin, DO, senior vice president and system chief quality officer.

21. Riverton, Wyo.-based SageWest Health Care selected Vickie Bessey, MSN, BSN, RN, to serve as permanent CNO.

22. Topeka, Kan.-based Stormont Vail Health hired Christine Hogan-Newgren as chief compliance officer.

26. Birmingham-based Children's of Alabama named Bob Sarnecki interim CIO.

27. J. Lindsey Bradley Jr. will retire as senior vice president of group operations and CEO for Irving, Texas-based Christus Health's Northeast Texas region.
