  1. Innova Medical Group acquires Pacific PPE Corp.
    Innova Medical Group, a California-based antigen test maker, has acquired Pacific PPE Corp., an N95 mask manufacturer.

  1. Medline looking for a buyer, could fetch as much as $30B
    Medline is exploring a sale that could value the company at as much as $30 billion.

  1. Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks to buy pharmaceutical testing company for $17.4B
    Thermo Fisher Scientific said it plans to acquire PPD, a North Carolina-based pharmaceutical testing company.

  2. Vizient completes acquisition of Intermountain's GPO
    Vizient has completed the acquisition of Intermountain Healthcare's group purchasing organization, Intalere. 

  1. Bioventus acquires California devicemaker for up to $110M
    Bioventus has acquired Bioness, a California-based medical devicemaker, for up to $110 million.
