Metroplex Health System taps interim CEO: 4 things to know

Metroplex Health System in Killeen, Texas, appointed Dennis Kiley interim president and CEO, effective July 9.

Here are four things to know:

1. Mr. Kiley previously served as president and CEO of Adventist Takoma Regional Hospital in Greenville, Tenn.

2. Equipped with nearly 40 years of healthcare experience, he also served as president and CEO of Gordon Hospital in Calhoun, Ga.

3. He succeeds Carlyle Walton, who is leaving Metroplex to serve as president of the Adventist Health Policy Association, a public policy and advocacy association for Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health’s 90 U.S. hospitals.

4. Metroplex Health System is a part of Adventist Health.
