Methodist Hospitals selects 3 assistant VPs

Gary, Ind.-based Methodist Hospitals appointed Kim Innes, Julie Kerns and Dena McCormick as assistant vice presidents, according to Building Indiana.

Ms. Innes previously served as Methodist Hospital’s orthopedic service line director. She holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind.

Ms. Kerns most recently was director of nursing quality and regulatory compliance at Methodist Hospitals. She has worked at the organization for 15 years. She earned a master’s degree in health informatics from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Ms. McCormick joined Methodist Hospitals 11 years ago and helped the organization earn the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for hospital accreditation. She holds an MBA from Governors State University in University Park, Ill.
