Lisa M. Radtke. Chief Administrative Officer of Winneshiek Medical Center (Decorah, Iowa). Winneshiek Medical Center is part of Mayo Clinic Health System, which Ms. Radtke has been a part of for more than 30 years. She has experience as a behavioral health counselor and director and in human resources and organizational learning and development. She currently serves as regional administrator for the southwest Wisconsin region, which encompasses her role as CAO of Winneshiek Medical Center.
