Laurel Health Centers selects new CEO: 3 points

Wellsboro, Pa.-based Laurel Health Centers, a network of community-based health centers, appointed James A. Nobles as president and CEO.

1. Mr. Noble previously served in the U.S. Navy for 25-plus years.

2. Equipped with 30-plus years of healthcare experience, he will now oversee Laurel’s six health centers as well as Laurel Behavioral Health.

3. He holds a master’s degree in public health from Trident University International in Cypress, Calif.
