Ms. Turner was previously assistant CFO at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Mooresville, N.C., where she had worked in accounting since 2008.
Ms. Turner succeeds Matt Butler, who left to serve as CFO of Abilene (Texas) Regional Medical Center.
