River Hospital appoints Emily Mastaler CEO

River Hospital in Alexandria Bay, N.Y., has tapped Emily Mastaler to serve as CEO, effective in the fall.

Ms. Mastaler has served as COO of Health Care and Rehabilitation Services in Springfield, Vt., since 2014. She was previously director of residential services and director of new perspectives for care at Health Care and Rehabilitation Services.

She holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston.

Ms. Mastaler succeeds Ben Moore, who is retiring after a 13-year tenure.
