CEO of Providence Medical Center to resign

Providence Medical Center in Wayne, Neb., has announced the resignation of CEO Thomas J. Lee, effective Feb. 20, 2015, according to a recent report.

Hospital officials said Mr. Lee’s departure is amicable and he made the decision along with input from his family, according to the report.

Mr. Lee was named CEO of the hospital in 2011. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Lee served as administrator of Palo Alto County Hospital in Emmetsburg, Iowa. He has more than 28 years of healthcare experience.
