Miami-based Baptist Health South Florida tapped Alexandra Villoch to serve as CEO of the Baptist Health South Florida Foundation, effective June 1.
Three points:
1. Ms. Villoch currently serves as president and publisher of the Miami Herald Media Co. and its parent East Region Publisher for McClatchy, a national media company.
2. She has previous experience at United Airlines, serving as general manager for Miami International Airport and the Caribbean.
3. She is the past chair of The Beacon Council, Miami-Dade County's economic development agency, and chair emeritus of The Beacon Council's One Community One Goal Initiative.
