Ms. King is now federal employee program operations manager. After joining the insurer in 1992, she served in a variety of positions, including as manager of Medicare secondary payer accounts and of Health Advantage customer accounts.
Ms. Gunter is now director of performance management and special investigations. She has been with ABCBS since 1977. Since then, she’s worked in numerous departments and was also a manager for customer service and exchange customer service.
