Here are four things to know about Dr. Gupta.
1. Dr. Gupta has been practicing at Shriners Hospitals for Children – Chicago since 2007.
2. His specialty is caring for patients with pediatric and adult scoliosis, kyphosis, spondylolisthesis and complex spinal reconstruction.
3. He also has more than 20 years of experience in academic medicine at Ohio State University in Columbus and University of Chicago, where he also served as the director of the Spine Center at Weiss Memorial Hospital.
4. Currently, Dr. Gupta is clinical professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Illinois, Chicago.
