Here are nine revenue cycle leadership moves Becker’s has reported since Jan. 3:
1. St. Louis-based Ascension named Jenna Lambrecht associate vice president of back end revenue cycle. She previously served as a senior director of revenue cycle for the health system.
2. Brunswick, Ga.-based Southeast Georgia Health System named Julie Floyd vice president of revenue cycle. She joins the system from Chapel Hill, N.C.-based UNC Health, where she most recently served as system vice president of professional revenue operations.
3. Los Angeles-based Keck Medicine of USC named Elise Myers as chief revenue officer. Ms. Myers previously served as vice president of clinical revenue integrity for Renton, Wash.-based Providence. Her position transferred to R1 RCM in July as part of Providence’s outsourcing partnership with the revenue cycle management company.
4. Gaithersburg, Md.-based Adventist HealthCare named Pamela McClain vice president of revenue cycle and managed care. She previously served as the system’s vice president of ambulatory revenue cycle and managed care.
5. Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health named James DeGloria chief revenue cycle and regulatory compliance officer. He previously served as the system’s vice president of revenue cycle compliance.
6. Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health named Kate Johnston vice president of revenue analytics. She most recently served as the health system’s director of pricing strategy and analytics.
7. Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt University Medical Center named John Wilhelm associate vice president of revenue cycle operations.
8. Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare named Arnette Marbella vice president of revenue cycle. She joined the system from Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, where she served as executive director of revenue cycle.
9. Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth named Janice Grankowski vice president of revenue cycle performance. She joined PeaceHealth from Renton, Wash.-based Providence, where she served as group vice president of payer yield.
