8 latest hospital, health system CEO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. Evansville, Ind.-based Deaconess Health System tapped Shawn McCoy as CEO.

2. Clayton, Ga.-based Mountain Lakes Medical Center CEO Joe Forese, MD, is resigning, effective Aug. 1.

3. Brookdale Hospital in New York City selected Dominick Stanzione to serve as president and CEO, effective Aug. 1.

4. Randall Nyp, CEO of Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare's Kansas City market, is retiring, effective July 7.

5. Bayfront Health-St. Petersburg (Fla.) named John McLain CEO, effective July 17.

6. Jackson Hospital in Marianna, Fla., dropped the 'interim' from CEO C. James Platt's title, effective July 1.

7. Medical City Fort Worth (Texas) hired Jyric Sims to lead as CEO, effective July 24.

8. Bowman, N.D.-based Southwest Healthcare Services CEO Becky Hansen resigned.
