1. Julie Leonard, CFO of Whitefish, Mont.-based North Valley Hospital, tendered her resignation.

2. Foley, Ala.-based South Baldwin Regional Medical Center CEO Keith Newton is leaving for a new job opportunity.

3. Ivan Mazzorana, MD, CMO of Fort Myers, Fla.-based Park Royal Hospital resigned citing “different philosophies” with the hospital’s administration over patient care.

4. Jeff Patterson, CEO of Nacogdoches (Texas) Medical Center, is stepping down from his role to take on a new position, effective Dec. 29.

5. Michael Caligiuri, MD, CEO of Columbus-based James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, resigned.

6. Odessa, Texas-based Medical Center Health System Senior Vice President and CFO Jon Riggs resigned, effective Nov. 17.

7. Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth-Hitchcock Vice President of Communications and Marketing Josh McElveen resigned, effective Nov. 10.
