Becker’s has reported on 15 health systems that have named new chief revenue officers in 2025:
1. Charleston, S.C.-based MUSC Health named Michael Haney associate chief revenue cycle officer. He previously spent eight years at Ensemble Health Partners, most recently serving as a senior vice president.
2. Lynchburg, Va.-based Centra Health promoted Robert Boos to chief revenue cycle officer. He has been with the health system since 2020, previously serving as vice president of revenue cycle.
3. Phoenix-based Banner Health promoted Katie LeBlanc to senior vice president and chief revenue officer. She joined the system in 2024 as vice president of revenue cycle.
4. Oakland, Calif.-based Alameda Health System promoted Shari Johnson to chief revenue cycle officer. She joined the system in 2022 as vice president of revenue cycle.
5. Paterson, N.J.-based St. Joseph’s Health named Mike Alwell vice president and chief revenue officer. He has been with the system for seven years and most recently served as vice president and CFO of its physician enterprise.
6. Farmington, Conn.-based UConn Health promoted Sarah Ginnetti to chief revenue cycle officer and vice president of clinical revenue cycle. She has been with UConn Health since March 2021 and previously served as the system’s associate vice president of revenue cycle.
7. New York City-based Mount Sinai named Debra Jaeger, MSN, RN, as the system’s first chief revenue officer. Ms. Jaeger joined the system from Allentown, Pa.-based Lehigh Valley Health Network, where she served for four years as the system’s chief revenue officer.
8. West Orange, N.J.-based RWJBarnabas Health promoted Jean Bryll to senior vice president and chief revenue cycle officer. Ms. Bryll had served as the system’s vice president of revenue cycle since November 2019.
9. York, Pa.-based WellSpan Health promoted Donna Fortson to senior vice president and chief revenue officer. She previously served as the system’s vice president of revenue cycle.
10. Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health named Jeanette Foulk as chief revenue officer. Ms. Foulk joins Quorum from Dallas-based Steward Health Care, where she served as chief revenue officer for the system’s Arizona, Texas and Florida regions since August 2022.
11. Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health has named Heather Dunn chief revenue officer. She joins the system from revenue cycle management company SSI Group, where she had served as president since March 2024.
12. Morgantown, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine appointed Beth Carlson as chief revenue officer, where she will lead the health system’s newly unified revenue cycle division.
13. Lexington, Ky.-based UK HealthCare named Emily Goertz associate vice president and chief revenue officer. She assumed the role on March 10. She joined the system, from the University of Texas (Galveston) Medical Branch, where she served as vice president of revenue cycle.
14. Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System named Robert Mattix senior vice president and chief revenue officer on March 3. He most recently served as a transformation advisor for Boston Children’s Hospital.
15. Los Angeles-based Keck Medicine of USC named Elise Myers as chief revenue officer on Jan. 17. Ms. Myers previously served as vice president of clinical revenue integrity for Renton, Wash.-based Providence.
