Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following hospital and health system executive moves in the last week. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. OSF HealthCare St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, Ill., named Lynn Fulton president, effective Nov. 5.

2. Veritas of Washington is moving Washington, D.C.-based United Medical Center CEO Luis Hernandez to another role within Veritas.

3. The University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington selected Isabelle Desjardins, MD, to serve as CMO.

4. Four executives from San Antonio-based Baptist Health System are leaving their roles — CEO Trip Pilgrim; President and COO Graham Reeve; CFO Gary Whittington; and Vice President of Human Resources Sarah Spinharney.

5. Renton, Wash.-based Providence Health & Services appointed Tomi Ryba chief executive for its Southern Oregon Service Area, effective Dec. 4.

6. Merit Health Madison in Canton, Miss., named Tim Lolley, BSN, MSN, chief nursing officer.

7. Chesapeake (Va.) Regional Healthcare appointed Stephen McDonnell CFO.

8. Juanita Deskins, COO of Pikeville (Ky.) Medical Center, resigned earlier this month.

9. Cartersville (Ga.) Medical Center President and CEO Keith Sandlin will retire in January 2018.

10. Cincinnati-based TriHealth selected Kevin Joseph, MD, to serve as CMO.

11. University of Rochester (N.Y.) Medical Center made CFO Adam P. Anolik's appointment permanent, effective immediately.

12. Athens, Ga.-based St. Mary's Health Care System named Titus Gambrell, DNP, RN, permanent vice president and chief nursing officer.

13. Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center in Yonkers, N.Y., hired Vicki Iannotti, MD, to serve as CMO.

14. MidMichigan Medical Center-Alpena President Karmon Bjella is retiring, effective July 1, 2018.

15. Habersham Medical Center in Demorest, Ga., selected Barbara Duncan as acting CEO.

16. Mercy Health-Cincinnati appointed Kenneth James its permanent East Market president and CEO.

17. McLaren Oakland in Pontiac, Mich., selected Margaret Dimond, PhD, to serve as president and CEO, effective Nov. 20.

18. Stoughton (Wis.) Hospital President and CEO Terry Brenny is retiring, effective June 2018.

19. Richard C. Breon, president and CEO of Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health, plans to retire, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

20. Mark Crawford, CEO of Northwest Texas Healthcare System in Amarillo, resigned.

21. Missoula-based Western Montana Mental Health Center CEO Jodi Daly resigned to take on a new job opportunity.

22. Seattle Children's tapped Suzanne Beitel to serve as senior vice president and CFO, effective in December.

23. Cincinnati-based Mercy Health named the Rev. Joseph Cardone senior vice president of mission and values integration and chief mission officer, effective Nov. 1.

24. Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, N.H., hired Barbra Brown, BSN, RN, as interim chief nursing officer and vice president of nursing.

25. Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health selected Michele Saysana, MD, to serve as executive director and chief quality and safety officer.

26. Horn Memorial Hospital in Ida Grove, Iowa, selected Glen Winekauf to serve as CEO.

27. Avista Adventist Hospital in Louisville, Colo., appointed Jillyan McKinney CEO, effective Nov. 20.
