McLaren Oakland appoints Margaret Dimond CEO: 4 points

McLaren Oakland in Pontiac, Mich., selected Margaret Dimond, PhD, to serve as president and CEO, effective Nov. 20.

1. Ms. Dimond most recently served as president and CEO of Crittenton Hospital in Rochester, Mich.

2. Her previous roles include serving as president of Karmanos Cancer Hospital in Detroit and as president and CEO of McLaren Medical Group, which includes more than 80 primary and specialty centers located across Michigan.

3. She also served as senior vice president and COO of Henry Ford Bi-County Hospital in Warren, Mich.

4. In addition to her PhD, she holds a master’s degree in public administration from Ann Arbor-based University of Michigan.
