Here are the hospitals, healthcare organizations, and health systems that have announced plans to transition to, or have already implemented, the Oracle Health EHR system in 2025, as reported by Becker’s.

- Mt. San Rafael Hospital and Clinics in Trinidad, Colo., is moving to an Oracle Health EHR system. The 25-bed critical access hospital will implement the Oracle Health Foundation EHR along with the company’s Clinical AI Agent.
- Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin, Ill., plans to replace its EHR system with Oracle Health’s CommunityWorks platform as it looks to streamline operations and reduce administrative work for clinicians.
- Cincinnati VAMC-Fort Thomas will go live with an Oracle Health EHR system in 2026.
- Chillicothe VAMC will go live with an Oracle Health EHR system in 2026.
- Cincinnati VAMC will go live with an Oracle Health EHR system in 2026.
- Dayton VAMC will go live with an Oracle Health EHR system in 2026.
- Cleveland’s Louis Stokes VAMC will go live with an Oracle Health EHR system in 2026.
- Fort Wayne VAMC will go live with an Oracle Health EHR system in 2026.
- Marion VAMC will go live with an Oracle Health EHR system in 2026.
- Richard L. Roudebush VAMC in Indianapolis will go live with an Oracle Health EHR system in 2026.
- The Alaska VA Healthcare System in Anchorage will go live with an Oracle Health EHR system in 2026.
- Logan Health – Shelby (Mont.) went live with a new Oracle Health EHR system on Sept. 1, becoming the third Logan Health critical access hospital to make the transition.
- In May, Becker’s reported that Murray, Ky.-based Murray-Calloway County Hospital was in the midst of transitioning to a new Oracle Health EHR.
