Peterson Regional Medical Center (Kerrville, Texas). Established in 1949 as the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, Peterson Regional Medical Center opened its current location in 2008. The 124-bed Peterson Regional Medical Center employs more than 250 medical professionals across more than 25 departments. The hospital received Healthgrades’ 2017 Outstanding Patient Experience Award, and the National Rural Health Association recognized Peterson Regional as a 2017 Top 20 Rural Community Hospital.
