Penn Highlands DuBois (Pa.). Penn Highlands DuBois’ seven centers of excellence, including The Heart Center, The Hahne Cancer Center and The Women’s Health Center, provide care to west central Pennsylvania residents. DuBois-based Penn Highlands Healthcare is the parent company of the hospital and four others facilities. Penn Highlands DuBois operates a QCare Urgent Care center in addition to emergency care services.
