1. U.S. — 306.82 percent higher than median
2. Germany — 125.64 percent
3. United Arab Emirates — 122.03 percent
4. Italy — 90.36 percent
5. Denmark — 79.53 percent
6. Qatar — 78.87 percent
7. Spain — 78.34 percent
8. Netherlands — 75.01 percent
9. Israel — 56.44 percent
10. Iceland — 56.01 percent
