20 payer exec moves in July

The following payer executives changed their positions in July.

They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield named Gray Dillard executive vice president and COO.

2. Monica Engel was named senior vice president and president of government markets of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. 

3. Dana Erickson assumed the role of senior vice president of health services at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.

4. Eric Feldstein, CFO of Health Care Service Corp., is resigning from his position.

5. Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield named William Fiser Jr., MD, its new medical director.

6. Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island named Amar Gurivireddygari chief data and analytics officer. 

7. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois named Steve Hamman president.

8. Trillium Community Health Plan appointed Christopher Hummer CEO of Trillium and Health Net of Oregon.

9. Prominence Health Plan named Kamal Jemmoua CEO.

10. Molina Healthcare named former Health Net leader John Kotal president of Molina Healthcare of California.

11. Cambia Health Solutions appointed April Krutka, DO, its palliative care medical director.

12. Cigna named former Aetna leader Jeffrey Langsam, DO, market medical executive for its Connecticut market.

13. Inland Empire Health Plan named Jarrod McNaughton CEO.

14. Alice Moore joined AllWays Health Partners as senior vice president of legal, regulatory affairs and compliance.

15. PacificSource Health Plans named Stephanie Pimmel vice president of human resources.

16. Mike Ramseier is the new regional president for Kaiser Permanente in Colorado.

17. HealthNow New York promoted Julie Snyder to senior vice president, chief marketing and communications officer.

18. Paula Steiner, president and CEO of Health Care Service Corp., will leave her position after leading the health insurer since 2016.

19. Prat Vemana will serve as the first chief digital officer for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals.

20. Wendy Watson was named COO for Kaiser Permanente Northwest.
