1. At Molina, Mr. Kotal will oversee operations of the California health plan. He will also execute its strategic initiatives.
2. Mr. Kotal previously served as vice president of vendor management at Molina, a role he held since 2018.
3. He has more than 20 years of experience in California’s managed care market. Before he joined Molina, Mr. Kotal served as vice president of business process services at Cognizant Technology Solutions.
4. He also previously led claims operations, provider network management, compliance and vendor management at Health Net.
