Paula Steiner, president and CEO of HCSC, announced her resignation July 24. She led the health insurer since 2016.

Late the same week, Mr. Feldstein also handed in his resignation after three years in the role. No reason was given for Mr. Feldstein’s exit.

“We appreciate Eric Feldstein’s contributions in his time as chief financial officer at HCSC, most notably to the company’s financial strength and strong culture of ethics and compliance,” HCSC spokesperson Greg Thompson told Becker’s. “We wish him well in the future.”

A company spokesperson confirmed HCSC would pursue a more aggressive approach as it competes in a dynamic marketplace.
