These 11 contract resolutions and dissolutions occurred between payers and providers in June, beginning with the most recent.

1. Gillette Children's, BCBS of Minnesota extend contract 3 years
St. Paul, Minn.-based Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare and Eagan-based Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota struck a three-year contract extension.

2. Cleveland Clinic, CareSource may end contract
Cleveland Clinic said CareSource, a Dayton, Ohio-based Medicaid managed care plan, may end its in-network relationship with the clinic.

3. Children's Minnesota, BCBS feud persists as deadline looms
Contract negotiations between Minneapolis-based Children's Minnesota and Eagan-based Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota continue to stall ahead of the parties' July 5 deadline.

4. Midland Memorial Hospital, Aetna reach 3-year in-network agreement
Midland (Texas) Memorial Hospital and Hartford, Conn.-based Aetna will continue in-network access for Aetna members at Midland Memorial facilities.

7. Hampton Regional, UnitedHealthcare reach in-network agreement
Varnville, S.C.-based Hampton Regional Medical Center inked a network contract with UnitedHealthcare.

8. All Children's Hospital, UnitedHealthcare resolve contract dispute
St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is back in network with UnitedHealthcare following the termination of their contract May 11.

9. Recovery Centers of America, BCBS of Massachusetts finalize contract for Boston office
King of Prussia, Pa.-based Recovery Centers of America, a provider of addiction treatment services, signed a coverage agreement with Boston-based Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for its Danvers, Mass.-based Boston Center for Addiction Treatment.

10. Premier Health in Ohio inks value-based contract with Anthem
Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health and Cincinnati-based Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield signed a value-based contract for services offered in the state's Miami Valley.

11. Tenet, Humana amend effective date of contract
Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare and Louisville, Ky.-based Humana amended their multiyear provider network agreement to take effect June 1.
