Windham Hospital Names Stephen Larcen Permanent CEO

Windham Hospital in Willimantic, Conn., has announced Stephen Larcen, PhD, as CEO.

Dr. Larcen has been serving as Windham’s interim CEO for the past six months while also continuing his role as CEO and president of Natchaug Hospital in Mansfield Center, Conn. He will continue to serve Natchaug while CEO of Windham.

Dr. Larcen has over 40 years of experience in healthcare management.
