Mr. Brodersen was previously vice president of operations at Blake Medical Center in Bradenton, Fla. He also has worked at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla., and Jewish Hospital and Baptist Hospital East, both in Louisville, Ky.
Mr. Brodersen, who has 10 years of healthcare operations experience, holds an MBA from the University of Louisville.
