Ms. Steagull most recently served as vice president of application delivery services at Winston–Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health. She has almost 30 years of IT experience.
She earned a Master of Business Administration from Queens University’s McColl School of Business in Charlotte, N.C. She also holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Harrisonburg, Va.-based James Madison University.
Ms. Steagull succeeds Rich Pollack, who retired June 30.
