UNM hospital taps COO

University of New Mexico Sandoval Regional Medical Center in Rio Rancho has named Adrian Larson chief operating officer, the Rio Rancho Observer reported July 26.

Mr. Larson brings 13 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role. Most recently, he served as CEO of the STAT Specialty Hospital District in Del Rio and Eagle Pass, Texas. 

His new appointment took effect last month, according to the newspaper.
