Mr. Sinclair most recently served as market CFO for Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems. He also previously served as CFO for three Mississippi hospitals, including River Oaks and Woman’s Hospital in Flowood, Crossgates River Oaks Hospital in Brandon and Riley Memorial Hospital in Meridian.
