Mr. Board will succeed David Doerr, who announced in October that he will retire at the end of this year.
Mr. Board is currently the CEO of Union Associated Physicians Clinic, a multi-specialty group medical practice in Terre Haute which is part of UHS. He has more than 28 years of healthcare leadership experience.
