UHS Board Member Leatrice Ducat Resigns

King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services announced Leatrice Ducat has resigned from its board of directors, effective March 6.

Ms. Ducat had been on UHS’ board since 1997. She is the founder and president of the National Disease Research Interchange in Philadelphia.

In 2011, Ms. Ducat’s compensation totaled $233,626.
