Trumbull Memorial Hospital CEO, CNO Resign

The CEO and CNO of Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, Ohio, both resigned March 15, according to a WYFX report.

Bob Wollenben, the CEO, had been with the hospital since 2009 and became CEO in 2010. Cynthia Lewis, the CNO, joined the hospital in 2011.

No reason for the resignations was reported. The search to fill the two executive positions has begun, according to the report.
