Thomas N. Zweng, MD. Executive Vice President and CMO of Novant Health (Winston-Salem, N.C.). Prior to his roles as executive vice president and CMO, Dr. Zweng was the senior vice president of medical affairs for Novant Health’s five Charlotte, N.C.-based hospitals and Novant Health Gaffney (S.C.) Medical Center. He previously was the chief of general surgery for the Novant Health Presbyterian Hospitals in Charlotte. Dr. Zweng is a board-certified general surgeon. He earned his medical degree at the UCLA School of Medicine.
