Fallon Phillips has been named assistant CEO of Navarro Regional Hospital in Corsicana, Texas, according to a Dec. 29 LinkedIn post.
The hospital is part of Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.
Prior to her new role, Ms. Phillips served as an assistant administrator for CHS, according to her LinkedIn page. She also served as an administrative specialist for the system.
