Steve Filton. Senior Vice President and CFO of Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.). Mr. Filton has been with UHS since 1985, and he assumed his current role in 2003. Under Mr. Filton’s leadership, UHS recorded net income of $190.8 million in the first quarter of 2016, up from $174.3 million in the same period the year prior. Additionally, revenues increased 10.1 percent year over year to $2.5 billion in the first quarter of 2016. Mr. Filton, a CPA, earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the WhartonSchool of the University of Pennsylvania.
