Staten Island University Hospital names new executive director: 3 points

Northwell Health's Staten Island (N.Y.) University Hospital selected Brahim Ardolic, MD, to serve as executive director.

1. Dr. Ardolic is chair of emergency medicine at the hospital and Western region vice president of the health system's emergency medicine service line.

2. He is president of the New York Chapter of American College of Emergency Physicians.

3. He succeeds Donna Proske, RN, who retired.
