1. Most recently, Mr. Williams served as senior vice president of physician mergers and integration at International Council for Quality Care, a national consulting firm in Boca Raton, Fla.
2. He has previously worked at Norfolk, Va.-based Sentara Health, where he served in numerous roles, including chief administrative officer of the Sentara Medical Group.
3. In his new role, Mr. Williams will manage the human, financial and physical resources of the organization.
4. He replaced J. Michael Maynard, who has served as interim CEO since July 2016.
