1. Mr. Bullard most recently served as CFO of Midwest City, Okla.-based AllianceHealth Midwest.  

2. He has more than 11 years of experience as CFO at several nonprofit and for-profit healthcare organizations in Oklahoma and Texas.

3. Mr. Bullard earned a bachelor’s of science in business administration from Stillwater-based Oklahoma State University.

4. He is a certified public accountant.
