Mr. Cava has 30 years of experience in healthcare administration, most recently serving as COO of Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel, N.J., an affiliate of Neptune, N.J.-based Meridian Health.
Mr. Cava has also held leadership positions at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, N.J., also an affiliate of Meridian Health; Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood, N.J., an affiliate of West Orange, N.J.-based Barnabas Health Care System; and St. Joseph’s Wayne (N.J.) Hospital, also an affiliate of Barnabas.
A registered pharmacist, Mr. Cava is a member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists, the New Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
