Mr. Sills has more than 30 years of experience managing hospitals. Previously, he served as CEO of River Region Health System in Vicksburg, Miss., before being promoted to market CEO.
Before that, he served as CEO of hospitals in Louisiana, Florida, Alabama and Texas.
