Highlands Medical Center is part of the Capella-Saint Thomas hospital system, a joint venture between Franklin, Tenn.-based Capella Healthcare and Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas Health.
Since May 2014, Ms. Roberts has served as interim CNO, while simultaneously serving as chief quality officer, a role she was promoted to in 2004. Ms. Roberts joined the hospital in 2001 as director of performance improvement and patient safety officer.
