R. David Frum. President and CEO of Bridgton (Maine) Hospital. Mr. Frum joined Bridgton Hospital in 2010. Under his leadership, the hospital earned the National Rural Health Association’s Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals award in 2016. He was previously president and CEO of Charlestown, Ind.-based Saint Catherine Regional Hospital and regional vice president of Irving, Texas-based Christus Spohn Health System.
