ProMedica names 3 executives

Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica has appointed a chief administrative officer and two executive leaders for its senior care arm.

Angela Brandt is the system’s new chief administrative officer after serving as president of ProMedica Senior Care, according to a news release shared with Becker’s. She will oversee information technology, supply chain, strategy, marketing, external affairs and process improvement. Ms. Brandt previously served as president of ProMedica Physicians Group.

Justin Skiver has been promoted to president of ProMedica Senior Care. He has served as Senior Care’s CFO and chief strategy officer since February 2022.

Luke Pile has been promoted from senior vice president of ProMedica skilled nursing to COO of ProMedica Senior Care.

All three appointments are effective immediately. Ms. Brandt and Mr. Skiver will report to ProMedica President and CEO Arturo Polizzi; Mr. Pile will report to Mr. Skiver.
