Mr. Rogalski is senior counsel and healthcare practice group co-leader at Pittsburgh law firm of Thorp Reed and Armstrong and has 17 years of experience, which includes advising healthcare systems and hospitals on a variety of legal matters, including risk management and compliance, corporate governance, acquisitions and contract negotiations. In his new position, Mr. Rogalski will put his law career on hold to devote his time to Excela, according to the report.
