Mr. Gavin most recently served as president of Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, Pa. In his new role, he will retain his previous position and take on oversight of all Crozer-Keystone hospitals and business units.
Mr. Gavin has an MBA in information systems from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a master’s degree in public health from Columbia University in New York City.
