Sidney, Ohio-based Wilson Health has appointed Alex Pohlman as CEO, effective Oct. 20.
Mr. Pohlman brings more than a decade of healthcare leadership experience and most recently served as vice president of operations at Greenville, Ohio-bassed Wayne HealthCare, according to a Sept. 15 health system news release.
He succeeds acting CEO Julie Covault, who will resume her position as CFO, the release said. Ms. Covault stepped in following the April retirement of President and CEO Mark Klosterman.
Wilson Health operates Wilson Memorial Hospital, a surgical center and two urgent care locations.
