Ohio system names new CEO

Jon Dingledine, COO and CFO of Coldwater, Ohio-based Mercer Health, has been appointed CEO, effective July 1.

He will succeed Lisa Klenke, RN, who will retire June 30 after 12 years in the role, according to a May 28 health system news release.

Mr. Dingledine joined Mercer Health in 2013 and has held several leadership positions, including senior director of support services and senior director of human resources and support services. He has served as COO and CFO since 2019, overseeing accounting, revenue cycle, support services, information systems and human resources.

Mercer Health operates Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater and a network of primary care practices and specialty services.
