North Carolina Hospital Names New CEO

CaroMont Health has named Valinda Rutledge as president and CEO of Gaston Memorial Hospital in Gastonia, N.C., according to a report in the Charlotte Business Journal.

Ms. Rutledge will replace Wayne Shovelin, who will retire in early fall.

Ms. Rutledge currently serves as CEO Bon Secours St. Francis Health System in Greenville, S.C.
